No-Show Policy
Starting July 1st, 2024, we are now enforcing a policy in place to protect our hard-working hair stylists from clients that no-call, no-show. All new clients are required to give their credit card information over the phone when making their first appointment to be stored on their account on file with us. If they no-show, we will charge the card the full amount of services booked for. We are understanding that things happen and you may need to cancel, but please extend us the courtesy by calling at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
